This elephant vase is handmade and handpainted. It stands 8 inches high. It is a mother elephant and her calf. The vase part it a tree trunk with pink flowers or fruit. The elephants are green, and they sure seem happy! It is very difficult to photograph because the glaze has such a high gloss. This is a pre-owned item. There is some crazing of the glaze, but the vase is liquid tight. We have seen similar vases with bamboo in them.
