Cover is in great shape with a few minor scratches. Pages are stitched,'Shelf wearing top and bottom of spine. 176 pages Inside pages some are loose and curled edges. Page numbers 101-104 are missing. Page prior to Title page, torn out. No writing. Most pages a bit yellow.

I think it rare, being recorded as in only one library in the US. Thank you.
