antique jadite scottie dog ink blotter scottish terrier dog

this is an antique circa 1930s jadite glass ink blotter. it is in the shape of a Scottish Terrier. at one point there were metal clamps to hold the felt onto the bottom via the round ends.
This scottie dog weighs 4 ounces is 3T x 4L x 3W inches and has a rocker base platform to roll upon the ink blots and absorb them. There is one small chip on the bottom as seen in picture number 2.
