This Cheat Sheet set was compiled and published to meet the needs of a new, or "seasoned" tanscriptionist for quick answers to critical questions with regard to grammar and style that is as affordable, concise and easy to use. All of the spell check sources and dictionaries are of course valuable resources, however, they are of no help at all when it comes to proper punctuation and style. Because the career of medical transcription has been good to me for the past thirty years, it has been important for me to give-back to the profession. I remember my early days, my frustrations! My background has included Certification in the early 1980's, teaching transcription at the University of New Mexico within the Department of Radiology; editorial work with papers for publication in the Journal of the American Medical Association, as well as the Journal of the American College of Radiology. I have also transcribed in hospital, physician office, university and transcription service settings.

So, what about the Grammar and Style Sheets? There are six double-sided laminated sheets in the Set, for a total of twelve sides. (See photos) This Set will help you with:
