This unmarked set is a beautiful example of the excellence and style found in older jewelry. There are 4 shades of blue ranging from peacock blue to blue-white. The lightest marquise stones are lava stones and pebbly on top. The medium blue crystal marquise stones are exquisite, and all the marquise stones are in open-backed mountings. The light blue baguettes and chatons are a nice contrast with the peacock blue accent chatons. Only a couple baguettes show specks of peppering under a loupe and all stones are intensely bright and sparkling. The Rhodium plating is intact front and back and appears to be perfect.

The brooch has 3 layers of stones including the sweeping overlay of blue-white marquise that gives it such dimension and drama. The pinback and safety clasp work perfectly. The clip earrings are an identical match to the brooch and also have a rhinestone overlay piece. The clips hold securely and work perfectly. There is no sign of wear, even to the backs.
