We accept paypal, and "major credit cards". Foreign customers are asked to pay using paypal only. Payment through paypal and a credit card is appreciated within forty-eight hours of sale.
Shipping please allow five business days for
shipment of an item after a purchase is complete.
There are times when items are handmade and shipping can take an extra ten to fourteen days.
Special order can take up to four to six weeks.
If you have any questions about shipping times please feel free to contact me.
Shipping always needs to have a confirmed address, if for any reason
there is a different address needed for shipping please email me as soon
as possible with the different address.
The item/s cannot be shipped until there is a confirmed address,
or an email signed with the customer's signature requesting a different
address.
You are responsible for shipping and handling on items.
However, there are times when shipping is free and the store
accepts responsibility for shipping to the customer.
We cannot be responsible for carrier misdirected items once shipped.
There is a seven day return policy
If for any reason a customer isn't happy
with their choice. We will issue a full refund of the
purchase price.
We asked the customer to
please email us within forty-eight hours of
receiving the item/s.
In the email please include the reason for the return, and
when the item/s will be returned.
The item/s returned will need to be
in original condition. If an item is sold in a
gift box please return the box undamaged or the
return cannot be credited. Example ( Jim Shore
mdse. all of Jim Shore items come in a Jim Shore box)
therefore the box has to be returned undamaged as well.
Vintage items are also returnable and they as well need to be
in exact condition when returned.
Insurance and delivery confirmation are paid on most
items in the store before being shipped. It is advised when an item is returned
it be insured. I will be unable to issue a credit if an item is returned damaged without insurance.
Merchandise: There are times when an item is placed on back order.
Seldom items are placed on backorder, but it does happen.
If an item is placed on backorder, the customer is entitled to a full refund immediately.

Speaking of family, my store name comes from my two late grandmothers, one was named Belle and the other was Keats. And it's a great honor for me to have you as a customer if just to share this information with you. My grandmother's were very special to me, and they loved home decor, china, crystal and their afternoon luncheons.
