Shipping: Shipping charges are set for domestic orders, but I do sell internationally.

Payment: We accept paypal, major credit cards U.S. money orders, and U.S. cashier checks
Please send payment to: Belle Keats 3400 E. Broad St. Richmond, VA 23223 and make payable to Belle Keats. Foreign customers are asked to pay using paypal only. Payment through paypal or a credit card is appreciated within forty-eight hours of sale.

Shipping: Please allow five business days for shipment of an item after a purchase is complete. In most cases the five days aren't needed, but there are times when the warehouse can be back logged on orders and need the extra time. Handmade items can take ten to fourteen days for shipping. Special orders can take four to six weeks. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us. Shipping always needs to have a confirmed address, if for any reason there is a different address needed for shipping please email me as soon as possible with the different address. The item/s will not be shipped until there is a confirmed address or an email signed with the customer's signature requesting a different address. We cannot be held responsible for carrier misdirected items once shipped.

Return Policy: There is a fourteen day return policy If for any reason a customer isn't happy with their choice. You will receive a full refund of purchase price. We asked the customer to please email us within forty-eight hours of receiving the item/s. In the email please include the reason for the return, when the item/s will be returned. The item/s returned will need to be in original condition. If an item is sold in a gift box the box cannot be damaged or the return will not be credited. Example ( Jim Shore mdse. all of Jim Shore items come in a Jim Shore box) therefore the box has to be returned undamaged as well. Vintage items are also returnable and they as well need to be in exact condition when returned. Insurance and delivery confirmation are paid on most items in the store before being shipped. It is advised when an item is returned it be insured. If an item is returned broken and is not insurned we will be unable to issue a credit. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees
Items are sometimes placed on backorder and if this should happen the customer is entitled to an immediate full refund.
