Happy Halloween is printed on an orange band near the smaller Jack O'Lantern. A black band with scattered candy corns and white stars goes across the flag. The design is visible from both sides of the flag; Happy Halloween is read correctly from the front of the flag. It is an art reflections style flag. Fade resistant, weather and mildew proof and vivid color process. Measures 12.5 by 18 inches. SALE! 50% Off! Please Read: This is a new in the original package, never displayed flag. It has dye flaws. There are black dots scattered in the lower portion of the flag- sort of looks like Jack might have lost his seeds this Halloween! Or, maybe they really are supposed to be scattered pumpkin seeds, and I just think it's a flaw! It is still a very cute flag, but because of these flaws, this flag has been reduced 50% off the original price. These dots are visible in the photo.
