Beautiful elegant piece in excellent condition!

No chips or cracks of any kind. Details are diamond impressed designs in rolls around
the rim of plates with impressed vines in between Inside perameter has center bouquet
of flowers with individual smaller bouquets all around it in a cobalt blue
Edges of plates are trimmed in the blue

I believe it is Woodrow China, the design at the top of the handle is the same as they use.
However, I can't find the pattern so I am not sure.

The silver plating on the center post or handle is somewhat worn in several areas
