This Book of Shadows is completely handmade with lots of love and energy. It is a BLANK Book of Shadows made of Birch wood. Birch is known by several folk names, Bereza, Beth, Beithe, Berke, and Bouleau. It's associated deity is Thor. Gender type is feminine, planet ruler is Venus and is associated element is water. Birch is used to attract the powers needed for protection and purification. It is also associated with new beginnings and healing magick.

It measures 11 3/4 inches long and is 9 3/4 inches wide. The binding posts, brass antique finish, 3/4 inch and can be replaced with longer ones when needed. The hinges and corners are brass.
