HOW TO MEASURE
WAIST
Lay pants flat and measure across the waist. Double that measurement (i.e. 16 inches x 2 = a 32 inch waist).
INSEAM
Measure along the inside of the leg seam top to the bottom of the leg

RISE
Measure from the top (above the top button) to the top of the inseam (crotch).

LEG OPENING
Measure across the bottom of the leg with pants flat. Compare that leg opening with the pants you may wish to purchase.

SIDE LENGTH FROM WAIST TO BOTTOM OF LEG
Your side length is measured from the top of the waistband (on the side) to the bottom of the pants leg along the seam.

LENGTH OF CROTCH
To find the length of the crotch measurement, you must subtract the inseam leg length from the side length measurement. Now you have it!

BACK RISE
When measuring the back rise,lay pants flat with the backside up to measure the back rise. Measure the the back rise from the crotch seam up to the top of the waist.

LEG OPENING
To determine the leg opening, lay your pants flat and fold along the pants' natural crease, then measure from one end to the other and simply multiply it by two.

LOW RISE, LOW WAIST PANTS
Don’t forget that if the pants have a low rise, low waist, they will have a different fit than a pair of regular standard size pants. Compare measurements above with your own favorite low rise capri pants prior to purchase!
