genuine A.B.S. by Allen Scwartz peacock blue / turquoise spaghetti-strap cocktail dress, size 10. New with tags.
 
This dress has all the style and comfort of a favorite sundress, combined with a shiny material suitable for a cocktail dress. During the day, it would work perfectly like a pair of metallic or black sandals. And at night, it would look great with a pair of heels and a shawl.
 
 The waist of the dress has a 2-inch ruched strip, separated by two 1 �-inch bands. The neckline has a low cut with a drawstring tie.

Return Policy

All of my items are guaranteed. If there is a clear error in the listing, I will be happy to refund the entire cost of the item plus return shipping.
If there is no error in the listing, I will provide a refund less shipping costs.

Shipping Insurance

Payment

I accept Paypal at jeff2662@aol.com. Personal checks or money orders can also be sent if drawn on a United States bank. Payment must be received within 10 days after the close of the auction or a Non-Paying Bidder Alert will automatically be filed.

Shipping

If the shipping charge looks excessive, please email me - it is probably just an error.
For Domestic shipments, I generally use USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. There is NO real tracking for USPS Priority Mail. If you require tracking, then the item MUST be sent either via UPS or Express Mail.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE: Tracking is only available with USPS Express Mail, UPS, DHL or FedeX. Regular First Class International and Priority Mail do NOT offer tracking. If you choose Priority or First Class you are agreeing to a NON-TRACKABLE shipment method.
International shipping times take 3-14 business days but during busy times it can take longer. Additionally, if items have to clear customs that can delay the shipment further.
Certain countries have had extended delays in customs, including the United Kingdom, Italy, Germany and Austria.
International shipments are also subject to local taxes and import duties. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

For all items shipped within New York State (other than clothes), please add 8.375% to the total amount (including shipping).
