Limited Edition, numbered original by Bill Job, 1993, this one is numbered 385 of only 1080 ever made, from the Woodland Village series, this one is the Chipmunk House. complete with new light fixture and spare cord fuse. The corner cutout on the signed side is intentional (finished w lead) to leave space for the cord.

I know a lot of people who collect these. Can be used as a nightlight or part of a larger village display (I have a friend with like thirty of these across her mantle).
