RETURNS:
We gladly accept returns.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, Please notify us within 7 days of your receipt. Most damaged items are replaced without returning.
If you are unhappy with your item, you may return it within 10 days in its original condition and packaging by contacting us within 7 days of receipt for a return approval.
Return shipping fees are not covered. Returns for refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Thank you for your undersanding!
All of our items(most are shipped from a supplier) are checked at time of sale listing and are in stock at our warehouse, however, due to the nature of online sales duration period, in rare instances, it is possible that an item may become out of stock. If this should happen, a complete refund will be issued immediately, or item may be placed on back order and will be shipped to the buyer within the 30th day of sale end, if it can be re-ordered.
