CONDITION & GRADING
• Items are listed in five general categories... mint, near mint, excellent, good and fair. Most of our merchandise is graded as excellent or above. For more information, please visit our

• Due to the nature of vintage paper most ads will show some signs of aging and wear. The detailed condition of each ad is described as best as possible. We also provide high quality scanned images which closely approximate the color, tone and appearance of the actual item.
• Please review carefully the item before bidding. We will gladly refund the purchase cost if the condition is misrepresented or if you are not fully satisfied with your item.
INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS of EPHEMERA ARCHIVISTS & COLLECTORS
• This item will be shipped with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) issued by the
International Congress of Ephemera Archivists and Collectors (ICEAC).
• The item is certified authentic and will be registered in the
ICEAC database and assigned a unique number which will be on the certificate and will be used to identify the digital master file maintained in the database.
• The
ICEAC uses a two-part authentication system and we will issue both the Certificate of Authentication and an Identification Label with matching numbers.
• The certificate is hand-signed and dated and documents the grade issued according to the

SHIPPING
• Your item will receive the finest treatment as it makes its transition from our collection to yours. We use protective poly bags inside a new mailing tube.
• All items are packed according to our standard shipping specifications to ensure that they arrive in a timely fashion and in the same condition as when it was rated.
• We ship via First Class mail unless otherwise specified. The flat rate shipping to anywhere in the US or Canada is only $3.99. International worldwide shipping outside these areas is $7.99 for standard air. • All items are shipped within 2 business days of processing your cleared payment.

• Any number of ads purchased at the same time ship for the same one low shipping price
• For shipment to France, Italy, Greece, Israel or Turkey there is an additional $10.00 fee for our mandatory Registered Mail.
RETURNS & CLAIMS
• We accept "buyer's remorse" returns of items if our seal has not been broken and the item is in its original condition. We will refund the purchase price on these items and you will pay the return shipping fees. Please contact us for instructions within 5 business days of receipt.
• In the unlikely event that we shipped the wrong item we will refund your entire purchase price and shipping in both directions. Please contact us immediately for instructions.
• We will process all damage claims with the US Post Office and we may request that you return the item. Please retain the original shipping container and notify us immediately if you suspect damage in shipment.
