Returns and Claims
- We accept "buyer's remourse" returns of items if our seal has not been broken and the item is in its original condition. We will refund 97% of the purchase price on these items and you will pay the return shipping fees. Please contact us for instructions within 5 business days of receipt.
- In the unlikely event that we shipped the wrong item we will refund your entire purchase price and shipping in both directions. Please contact us immediately for instructions.
- We will process all damage claims with the US Post Office and we may request that you return the item. Please retain the original shipping container and notify us immediately if you suspect damage in shipment.

Condition and Grading
- Items are listed in five general categories... mint, near mint, excellent, good and fair. Most of our merchandise is graded as excellent or above.
- Due to the nature of vintage paper most ads will show some signs of aging and wear. The detailed condition of each ad is described as best as possible. We also provide high quality scanned images which closely approximate the color, tone and appearance of the actual item.
- Please review carefully the item before bidding. We will gladly refund the purchase cost if the condition is misrepresented or if you are not fully satisfied with your item.
