TOPS:
We're getting a lot of questions about tops for these desk frames (which of course, makes sense!). We do not currently sell tops for this desk frame; however, any normal wood or laminate surface desk / table / counter surface that will accept screws will do (each leg brace has 14 available holes for mounting the top surface to). IKEA sells a number of tops that are compatible with this desk frame, with prices ranging from $30 - $100.

We also have a number of customers who are buying used hollow-core doors from places like ReStore (Habitat for Humanity's "thrift store") for $10-$30, and then painting them to match their office environment. For the seriously economy-minded, an old door actually works perfectly as a surface for these!

Ideal dimensions for the top surface are anywhere from 63" x 29" to probably 80" x 36." A "standard" size that works really well is 72"x30".

Shipping is per desk frame, to the Lower 48 States and there is no discount on multiple items (namely, because these desk frames ship as two boxes as it is, and there is no savings for us when we ship more than one to a location).
