You're looking at a gorgeous, full-color square ceramic tile. The design is imprinted into the ceramic tile surface using a high-tech heat sublimation technique that makes a permanent impression that won't wear off. The tile measures 4 1/4" high x 4 1/4" wide x 1/6" thick. This tile is not framed (though we do carry a large inventory of framed ceramic tiles as well!).
These tiles make a great gift--or a special addition to your own home! You can use these as coasters, trivets, candle plates, decorative backsplash or craft tiles (bathrooms, kitchens, trays, tables--your imagination is the limit!). You can, of course, frame them as well. I use the thick wooden frames (wth a 4" x 4" opening) from Ikea or craft stores for a unique art noveau look. Makes a stylish and unique statement and adds a special touch to any home decor. Try grouping framed ceramic tiles on your wall, hearth, or bookshelf by theme -- fine art and paintings, space and astronomy, animals, nature and scenic, etc. The possibilities are endless!

Your package is shipped direct to you from the manufacturer in Hong Kong via International Airmail Parcel.

COMBINED SHIPPING

We are happy to combine shipping!
If you are bidding on multiple items, please wait for your combined invoice once you are done and then pay for everything at once if you want the combined shipping discount.
Combined shipping is normally the one highest shipping charge plus $1.99 for each additonal item in your order.
We do have many "FREE SHIPPING" items, and these ship free no matter what else or how many other items you order.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

If you need your item by a certain date, please factor in processing time and shipping time.
We do offer FedEx Express International for "emergency deliveries." It is very expensive (usually $25 extra for the first item and $5 extra for each additional item); we only charge what we are charged by the shipper overseas for this service.
The best and most economical option is to order within plenty of time, allowing extra time (as stated) for Christmas, birthday, holiday, and other time-sensitive deliveries. We want to be sure you receive your package in plenty of time!

PAYMENT

Payment is due within 3 days.
Please contact us if, for any reason, you are unable to pay within this time. We will do what we can to work with you.
We accept PayPal only. Due to recent eBay policy changes, we cannot accept "paper payments" anymore. If you have trouble paying by PayPal, contact us and we will do what we can to help!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns on most merchadise. Returns must be sent back within 7 days of receipt.
New merchandise must be returned in new, unused condition to be eligible for refund or exchange. Pre-owned merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which received.
As is standard in ecommerce, shipping fees are not refundable.
Any custom work or orders will be eligible only for exchange or store credit.
Please CONTACT US prior to returning any merchandise. We will provide you with the return shipping address in the USA, and additional (simple) instructions. If you return and item without contacting us first, you will not know where to send it and we will not receive it, so be sure to contact us.
Refunds are given as money back, exchange, or store credit: it's up to you which you prefer!
If you should receive a defective item, we will replace the item at no charge to you. Please CONTACT US for instructions.

ABOUT US

While we do our very best to be professional in every way, you may be interested to know that we are, in fact, a (very!) small business. Our story is unique in that we started selling on eBay after one of us (we are a couple) was struck with advanced cancer and unable to keep a long-standing management position due to cancer treatment and its effects. Though we end up working long hours most days, our "standard hours" of operation are M-F (approximately 9 am - 5 pm Pacific Time). We try our very best to answer emails as quickly and thoroughly as possible. However, sometimes illness--and just the difficulty in typing and using a computer--means it may take a bit longer.
