Well hello! Come on in, have a cup of coffee and look around! Precision Bluing Plus is our store. We blue firearms - it has something to do with gun barrels and testosterone, so my husband takes care of that division of business, but we also offer many other categories of items, so step in, take your time and wander around. Now, for the item you were looking at:
This is an 1897 book "Scribner's Enlarged Lumber and Log Book".  It is a hardcover book "for ship and boat builders, lumber merchants, saw-mill men, farmers mechanics".  By JM Scribner, AM, this is the revised illustrated edition.  It was published by SE Fisher in Rochester, NY.
The book is 186 pages long.  The spine is rather loose and the front cover is difficult to read.  Pages are all intact with no writing, folds or tears.
Very interesting piece of Americana history!
