LAYBY PLANTERMS AND POLICY
This is my Layby policy and terms. When you purchase any items from my booth Family Heritage Research using my Layby Plan, you agree to all the conditions in this policy. It is a legal and binding contract so please read all of the conditions before accepting this contract. Conditions of contract: 1. Please contact me through contact button, email, that you wish to purchase the item/s using layby. Please note that for customised orders for engraved items - work will not commence on the item being made until 50% or half of the layby amount has been received. This is because once the engraving process starts, it cannot be halted and the product must be completed. 2. Please do not use the buy now or check out option. Upon laccepting a layby agreement I will create a customized listing for you that will outline the items you have put on layaway and the final price including shipping. You can then use the buy-now feature, checking out with the money order option (regardless of your payment method) so that you will not be sent to Paypal or altenative payment method.l This will ensure that Bonanzle gets their fees for the layaway purchase we have sold to you on this site. 3. A payment plan will be set up for you according to your budget. Please note - that if you have any problems during any part of the plan, please let me know and we can discuss the matter. 4. You can make weekly payments, fortnightly payments or monthly payments. 5. I require a deposit of 10% of the item total including shipping by Airmail to your mailing address. 6. Once you have made this deposit, you have accepted this policy and terms and the layby plan will be set in place. 7. Each time you make a payment and I receive that payment, I will update your balance due and send you notification by e-mail. 8. If for any reason your e-mail account is down or you change e-mail addresses, I request a mailing address to contact you. 9. Upon the completion of the final payment and when no balance is due, your item/s will be posted to you. 10. If you default in payments and I do not receive 2 consecutive payments when due, then we will need to discuss whether or not you still require the item/s. A few days before payment is due, Family Heritage Research Booth Store will send you an invoice requesting the Layby Plan amount due. This way you and Family Heritage Research will have a record of payment secured on each Paypal account. ALL forms of payment must clear through my bank account before being posted as payment received. I will notify you each time I receive a payment and update your balance due to date. This constitutes my entire terms and policy for a Layby Plan. I will need the folowing information from you Name: E-Mail Address: Mailing Address: Item Number or Description Method of Payment: Paypal, Moneybookers, Paymate After deposit has been received I will contact with your layby plan, and upon your return of this contract as stated above and agree to make timely payments as set by your payment plan.
