It is a diamond initial ring in script writing font and depending which way it is worn it is either the script initial W or the script initial M. There are 18 diamonds in this unusual ring, 2 1/2 point stones, for an approximately diamond weight of .45 points or just under 1/2 a carat in total diamond weight. The gold weights 10.5 gram or 6.8 dwt. Of course, being a genuine Cartier ring the diamonds are very good quality and are white clean stones. It is signed, CARTIER MTG 52 with serial numbers. This great Cartier diamond ring is fresh and new to the market place and never displayed before today. It measures approximately for a size 6 finger but can it be resized a bit larger or smaller.
