The China silver Panda coin series originally started in 1983 with its attractive Panda changing design every year (except for 2002). What is more interesting about this Panda series is its extremely limited mintage in some of the years and the minor design variation even from the same year, including large date/small date/frost/non-frost/P/non-P, making the entire series extremely interesting and hence highly sought after by collectors around the world. It has now become very difficult to have a complete collection of these Pandas.
