In this, the eleventh book in the series, Patty makes her debut into society. I mean, as if she hadn’t already spent most of her time going to parties and being the center of attention everywhere. And she wavers between Phil Van Reypen and Bill Farnsworth, even though we all know who she’s going to end up with, and it’s kind of wonderful.
