They are printed on high quality Glossy photo paper. Candy is not included. They are easy to assemble, simply wrap around the candy bar and fasten with double sided tape or a glue stick. I find that the double sided tape works great. Hershey's no longer makes their candy bars with the foil, you can simply cover the candy bar with foil before adding these.
