Special note from Emma:
It takes a little while for your pet to become comfortable with the noise and vibration when the nails are being filed. It took Emma a couple of tries before she was comfortable with me holding her paw and filing the nails. You have to be patient and not force it on your pets. It takes 2 C size batteries which are not included. We used Duracells in ours and are still on the original batteries. I have put two cheap batteries in the units to make sure that they work but I recommend replacing them with good quality batteries. It also comes with three spare emery bands.
