Shipping rates for each item are posted in the sale.  
Items paid for with PayPal funds ship within 24 hours of receiving payment (excluding Sundays and holidays).  

Items paid for via PayPal E-check ship as soon as E-check clears. PayPal E-checks normally take about 4-5 business days to clear.

I will glady combine shipping on all items paid for in ONE payment. 

International Buyers: To avoid any subsequent misunderstandings, please note that importing goods from another country can mean that your national Customs authorities may charge you Customs Duty and/or other additional related taxes (for example a Value Added Tax or a Purchase Tax). YOU, as the importer, are responsible for paying any such taxes. We have no control over what taxes you may be charged by your own national tax authorities. We are not responsible for compensating you for payment of any such taxes. If you do not know how much (if any) import tax you might have to pay, please check with your local tax authorities BEFORE entering into a contract to purchase.

On any Customs forms, we declare the sale purchase price as the value of the goods. We do not under declare values, or mark goods as a "gift". 

Please make sure that you rate the shipping charges fairly as 5 stars when leaving feedback. Keep in mind that you are rating that I fairly charged you the actual shipping costs. You are not rating your displeasure with the postal service rates as I have no control over what the post office charges for shipment. As per Paypal's protection policies which require tracking to be on international shipments, I can only ship via USPS Global Priority Mail or USPS Global Express Mail.
