A while back I purchased TheBonz.com as an easier access point into Bonanzle. Let's face it, Bonanzle is a great site, but not the easiest name in the world to spell when your trying to get someone to find your booth.So invoking the spirit of The Fonz whom everyone can remember his name, I checked with Bill and Mark, then registered TheBonz.com so I could direct folks to Bonanzle without having to whip out a piece of paper every time.

Now it's time to take TheBonz.com to the next level (Phase 2) by offering TheBonz.com Premium Redirector Service.

So what do you get with this service? Currently your booth address is something like this: http://www.bonanzle.com/booths/YourBoothName
with this service your booth can also be accessed with an address like this: http://TheBonz.com/YourBoothName or even something like TheBonz.com/Coins that would match the product you are selling.

When someone visits your TheBonz.com Name your customer will see a momentary message stating they are being redirected, then in about 2 seconds they will be in your booth ready to buy your stuff. Sounds pretty cool, huh, but that's not all, you will also get a YourName@TheBonz.com email address free as part of this Premium Redirector Service. The email address will be a forwarding account that will redirect emails to your existing email account.

When you sign up for the Premium Redirector Service you are enrolled for life (my lifespan, not yours, sorry) for a small single one time payment.
In addition the name is yours to sell or swap with other Bonanzlers as you see fit so if you choose to buy a generic word now and sell it later for a profit that is perfectly acceptable.

In the next phase of TheBonz.com project (phase 3) a directory will be put up at TheBonz.com that will index by category all the booths that are using TheBonz services. This will give your booth even more exposure as TheBonz.com becomes a directory of the best that Bonanzle has to offer. Phase 3 should be complete no later than 12/01/08 (probably much sooner).

Terms and Conditions and other details.

TheBonz.com Names must redirect to a Bonanzle booth. The service is set up to help promote Bonanzle and its sellers so requests to point a TheBonz.com name to any location other than Bonanzle will be denied.

If you wish to purchase additional Names or email addresses that point to the same booth you may do so for just $5 per name or email address. Use the appropriate "Additional" service item in my booth to order these services.

If you wish to purchase additional Names or email addresses that point to a different booth then you should purchase a second 'Premium Redirector Service".

YourBoothName for the web address and YourName for the email account can be any name or word you choose provided it is still available (first come first served) and provided it is not obscene, offensive or in really poor taste. If your chosen name is not available or deemed inappropriate then you will be given the option to choose a new name or to accept a full refund.

Accessibility: My servers have a better than 99.9% uptime rating, however in the unlikely event that access is temporarily interrupted to your booth due to hosting problems, you agree not to hold me liable for any lost sales, or any other costs.

Refunds: If you wish to opt out of the service within 7 days just let me know via email or thru the contact form here and I will issue a full refund. After day 8 no refunds will be issued.

Transfers: Name owners may transfer or sell the names as they see fit. Because a transfer will involve my setting up new scripts and email settings it will be billed at the same rate as setting up a new account with the same additional service fees and booth discounts applying. Payment must be recieved before any change of ownership will be processed and verified notification from the original owner must be recieved informing me that the name has been transfered.

Lifetime Enrollment: When signing up for this service you pay only one fee for my work to setup the redirector script and mail account, there are no more charges ever. However there is the possibility that this service may not exist for the rest of your life for a variety of reasons such as me getting hit by a bus, Bonanzle no longer existing, or the end of the world as we know it.
I have had websites continually hosted since 1997 and run several other web projects, so it is very unlikely that TheBonz.com will be going away any time soon, but in the event that I die before you do, I'm sorry but I can't offer any type of pro-rated refund from the grave. Hope you understand.

Use of TheBonz.com Name: You are given license to use TheBonz.com name in any of your promotions for your site in anyway that you see fit.
You may not send mass unsolicited emails (aka Spam) directing people to your TheBonz.com link. Doing so will result in immediate removal of your link without refund. I will not risk my hosting account and the accounts of my other customers by tolerating any use of Spam associated with TheBonz.com. If you wish to report spam or other inappropriate activity you may do so by emailing eb@TheBonz.com

I reserve the right to modify these terms as might be needed to deal with unexpected circumstances that might jeopardize TheBonz.com and it's customers. Conditions were last modified on 11/03/08 at 9pm EDT.
