Has ground reduced diameter at end for special application. (Approx. 1-1/2" dia. for 3/8" of the 30-degree spiral end, and 1/8" of the end has been ground at a slight angle to a 1-1/4" diameter.)

This end mill is vintage, in used but great condition. This and most of our perishable tooling came from a tool and die manufacturing facility in Chicago. We describe to the very best of our ability condition and dimensions, but you should look at the picture, our description, for condition). Could easily be reground to suit your purpose.
For international customers, this is obviously NOT metric but may be reground to be useful for metric, or as-is useful for old non-metric machinery.
