     Harper's Weekly - A Journal of Civilization vividly described contemporary American Life with its weekly synopsis of news, history, fiction, science, commentary, cartoons, sports, and art.  It is profusely illustrated by the finest artists of the day.

     In this complete Febrary 22, 1890 issue, you will find several excellent illustrations and wood engravings. For instance, there is a half-paged Remington print for a story of 'The Aztec Treasure House', a  double-paged 'The Sierra Nevada Snow Blockade' by Graham. Half-paged 'New York's Blockaded Streets' & 'New Harvard Gates, As Designed & as Executed'. Supplement has a great double-paged view of  'The City of St. Paul, Minnesota, & some of its Public Buildings' dawn by H Hawley.

     The condition of this issue is excellent (i.e., all the pages including supplment  are intact with no bend , no tear, and even age toning) .
