"How do I pay?"
Payment is by PayPal with shipping to a PayPal-confirmed address. If you do not have a PayPal account or a PayPal-confirmed address but you do have a high feedback rating, you may be eligible to pay by an alternate method or have your item shipped to an alternate address. Please contact us before bidding or buying for approval. Not all items are available for alternative payment methods.
NOTE: Please do not send messages with your PayPal payment. Email must be sent through eBay messaging or directly to our email address.
"How much time do I have to pay you?"
Payment is expected within seven days of purchase. If you need more time, please contact us before bidding or buying. If something unexpected has occurred that is preventing you from making payment on time, please email us, we are easy to get along with and will do everything we can to accommodate a reasonable and reliable buyers. Ignoring the problem will damage your reputation. Quick communication is required.
"Do you send invoices?"
We send invoices quickly. If you receive an invoice but would like to shop some more, please email us. When you are done shopping, use eBay's 'Request Total' feature to request an invoice. All items purchased within a five-day period are eligible for combined shipping on a single invoice. You may pay for your items without an invoice but doing so will exclude you from combined-shipping savings. Of course you may 'Buy-It-Now' and make immediate payment for any item that has that option. Everything we sell is on-hand and ready to ship.
"What if I change my mind and no longer want the item?"
By winning an auction or buying a 'Buy-It-Now' item, you are entering into a legally binding contract. Quick communication is crucial. Ignoring the problem will damage your reputation. Non-paying buyers will be reported to eBay and will receive an unpaid item strike against their account. If we initiate an unpaid item strike, only we can remove it. We are friendly, honest, and reliable people. Only friendly, honest, and reliable people are welcome here.
Combined-Shipping Discounts
Unless stated otherwise, all items purchased with a contiguous five-day period are eligible for combined shipping. Discounts vary depending on the difficulty in packaging and per-box weight and size limitations for various types of shipping. The more items you buy, the more you save with combined shipping.
Insurance and Delivery Confirmation
Shipping Insurance is included in our Shipping and Handling Fees. We take great pains to pack our items very carefully, however... we can not control what happens to a package when it is placed into the hands of the USPS. Shipping Insurance Covers both Your Investment... and Ours.
NOTE: The costs for insurance and delivery confirmation are exactly what USPS charges us and not a penny more. Such services are inexpensive and readily available for all types of shipping to USA destinations. However, such services may be expensive or unavailable for some international destinations.
Shipping to USA Buyers
Flat rate shipping is typically as follows: Most packages are shipped Parcel Post, Small packages less than 13 oz. Are shipped First Class Mail, and books, CDs, DVDs, etc by Media Mail. If you have special shipping needs, just let us know. Expedited shipping is available upon request but costs extra (please Contact Us- we check email often).
International Buyers
International buyers who are not listed in the countries we ship to must contact us before bidding or buying from us. If approved to buy from us, you are responsible for paying any duties, taxes, VAT, GST, and applicable customs brokerage fees separate from the merchandise cost (if your country charges for such). We are honest people and will NOT submit fraudulent shipping forms to save on import costs. All international shipping is via airmail.
NOTE: The United States Postal Service (USPS) requires your telephone number so please remember to include it with your preapproved payment. Unless pre-approved to pay with an alternate method, buyers outside of the fifty United States of America must pay by PayPal with shipping to a PayPal-confirmed address
