Signs of light wear can be seen on the corners of the folio. A few sheets of the notepad were previously used; although all the sheets are clean and unused, the impression of writing can be seen on a few of the top sheets. There is a small damp stain inside the back cover, near the bottom corner, on the inner cloth binding. The stain measures .5 x .6 inch wide x high and can be seen in the fourth photo in this advertisement. The bottom edge of the notepad has small pencil marks on it .
