Payment
We request that the winning bidder contact us within 3 days of the auction ending just to let us know when they anticipate making payment (for example if you are watching or planning on bidding on another item...just let me know). We request that payment be made within 7 days of the auctions close, unless prior arrangements have been made.
I gladly accept PayPal or other alternative payment methods if requested by the buyer.
Due to Ebay's "new policies", non-paying bidder's are on the rise...so, unfortunately that means, if I haven't heard from the winning bidder,  I will file a NPB alert on day 8, so I can at least recoup my final value fee.

Shipping
We ship M-F, usually within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. We print our shipping labels thru PayPal...so, you will receive a shipping confirmation notice when we print out your label...this email will have your delivery confirmation/tracking number. We do not require shipping insurance, but we do highly recommend it ($1.70 for every $50 of insurance up to the bid amount). We are not responsible for an item once it leaves our hands. We charge actual shipping plus .20 to help cover shipping supplies...We don't make money off of our shipping price and only charge one .20 charge when we combine orders. We will gladly combine shipping, so please request a combined invoice when you are finished shopping...
We offer a variety of shipping methods...you choose which method works best for you! If you don't see your preferred shipping method, email us and we will see if we can accomodate you. USPS  Media Mail can be used for books/DVDs/VCR tapes only...it is the cheapest method of shipping, but it is also the slowest...it can take up to 2 weeks to receive your package. USPS 1st Class is a great way to ship items under 13 oz...delivery is normally 3-7 days. USPS Parcel Post is economical for heavier/bulky items...delivery normally takes 3-7 days. USPS Priority Mail is the fastest method of shipping normally running 2-4 days till delivery. If your item(s) will fit into a flat rate Priority Mail box and it's cheaper than the shipping calculator price for Parcel Post or regular Priority, I will gladly use flat rate to save you money.  We will gladly ship internationally...but please be advised, depending on the customs in your country, it may take several weeks for your package to arrive...you will also be responsible to pay any duties/taxes. We gladly ship to APO, FPO or Military addresses...God bless you and your families!

We always look at the items we are listing carefully, but we are human and if we miss something small, please understand that it wasn't intentional. We will accept returns within 7 days of the items receipt by you if we have significantly misrepresented the item. We do not accept returns because of buyers remorse or because an item was damaged during shipping (we are individuals like you, not a retail store)...because of this we highly recommend purchasing insurance. We do package well, but items can get damaged or even lost in the mail...We have no control over an item once it leaves our hands.
