This is the discontinued Tipperary Sportage Plus Equestrian Helmet. The extra small is 51-52 cm or 20 3/8- 20 1/2 inches. They fit smaller than the original Sportage sizes for most people.
I do not have any size small left to exchange. This is a new helmet at reduced price for clearance.
Florida has enacted a new law requiring riders under 16 to wear an ASTM approved helmet while riding on public land.
This helmet is ASTM approved.
