This is the Sportage Plus Equestrian Helmet, it is NEW condition. The extra small is 51-52 cm or 20 3/8"- 20 1/2". They fit smaller than the original Sportage sizes for most people.
Florida has enacted a new law requiring riders under 16 to wear an ASTM approved helmet while riding on public land.
This helmet is ASTM approved.
