Toddlers black velvet dress shoes with small heel, black patent and rhinestone bow, and strap with rhinestone buckle by TKS Shoes (Sears).

These were never worn. They were kept at Nana's house and they got forgotten about and outgrown. Still in original box.

They are Size 5 Mediums. Measures approx. 5 1/2" long.
