These magazines are great for Anglophiles, history buffs, historians, and students of all ages. They were published by Historical Times, Ltd. out of London, England. In general, issues feature period photographs, copies of etchings, drawings and maps accompanied by interesting and informative articles and stories relating to the British Empire and its history and influence throughout different time periods and different places in the world.
Please refer to each issue separately to find the specific articles or general topic areas that you are interested in.
General information on these magazines: These magazines are generally in good condition. I obtained all of these from a recent civil war related auction. It appears that the person who had them was a historian or major collector of some type. These magazines were obviously part of this person’s research archive. As such, they were kept bound in binder format and there are few tears or ragged edges on the pages, additionally, the covers are in pretty good shape. The bindings themselves are very tight; especially when one considers that some of these issues are 25+ years old. I will try to note any damage if I see it.
The aforementioned description covers all of the issues I have for sale. Some are in a little better condition and some are in a little worse condition. All are in good condition for their age. (Please note that there are some small tears on the edges of the cover and the mailing label is still on the back cover.)
Each magazine is 8.5” X 11”
