Average delivery time is 4-7 business days from date of shipping.

Returns/Refunds:

We stand behind our products.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly give you a refund or replace the item for you at no charge.

You must contact us immediately (within 2 business days of receiving the item) if you receive a damaged or defective item.

We may ask you to provide us with a photo for proof of the damage in order to save you from having to return the item to us.

Please allow us up to 5 business days for returns/refunds to be processed.

             
Feedbacks:                                                                    

Due to too many "unauthorized" payments we now only leave feedback for a transaction once we have
received feedback.

Often we do not receive notification from Paypal of an "unauthorized" payment until long after the item has been shipped.
By that time the customer has already received the product, which means we loose the payment AND the
the product for that transaction.
As a result we no longer leave feedback just because a quick or instant payment was made.
