Insurance is NOT included for items shipped free. If you want insurance, please email us BEFORE you pay so we can adjust the amount of payment. Insurance is included in our fixed price shipping except for books, CDs, and albums, which are shipped via USPS Media Mail. If you do not want insurance, please email us BEFORE you check out so we can adjust your total. We recommend insurance to safeguard your purchase(s) from loss or damage. While we pack exceedingly well, we are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred once we have posted a package.

ERRORS, OMISSIONS AND RETURNS: We make every effort to accurately describe the items in our booth. Since we are not experts, once in a while we will leave something out or err in a description. Please let us know. We will make every attempt to resolve a problem to your satisfaction. In most cases, if you are unhappy with an item, let us know and return it within 10 business days from the shipping date on the package.
