Insurance is included in our fixed price shipping except for books, CDs, and albums, which are shipped via USPS Media Mail. While we pack exceedingly well, we are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred once we have posted a package.

ERRORS, OMISSIONS AND RETURNS: We make every effort to accurately describe the items in our booth. Since we are not experts, once in a while we will leave something out or err in a description.
