A little bit about Andrea's Creations: Unique Gifts for Unique Kids!

I had the privilege of designing and running educational and job training programs at a non-profit in historic Fredericksburg, Virginia (about an hour outside of Washington D.C.). 

Employment Resources Incorporated (ERI) and the Gladys H. Oberle School was started by two amazing women. Joan and Gladys loved children – especially those who are poor, in foster care, homeless, or disabled. Their goal was to make sure that EVERY child who needs help receives help. Because of them, thousands of UNIQUE KIDS have graduated from high school and entered college, the military and employment!

After Fibromyalgia caused my own disability which forced me to leave the job that I had held for 15-years, I struggled to find a new purpose for my life. With the economy in a slump, funding has decreased and many of ERI’s programs, and thus the youth it serves, are being impacted. So I decided to turn my hobby of creating gifts for family and friends into a way to raise money to help fund the programs that I helped create and run for so many years. And thus, Andrea's Creations was born!

My logo of a Glass half-FULL symbolizes my belief that things happen for a reason. I wish I didn’t have Fibro but it is NOT the end of the world. It has provided me with the opportunity to spend more time with my family and explore my creative side. And, I am still doing something that makes my life complete – helping disabled and other at-risk UNIQUE youth !

Since I opened Andrea's Creations, people from around the world have learned about what I am trying to do and have given me permission to use their photographs, art and other visual images in my designs. Many of my items can be personalized with a name, event, favorite picture or drawing…

To keep costs down, I only keep a few items in stock but that means that you can order the exact size (and sometimes color) that you need! Currently items I offer include
