If you enjoy OLD....Primitive pieces then maybe you can figure out exactly what THIS is! It's a VERY OLD metal Jug that was very obviously HAND made & soldered. TONS of solders can be found at every seam AND as repairs! Notice the brackets to either side and one on the back. You can see that it once had a mounting strap that went through all three brackets. I can only "guess" that this was to hold it or mount it to something (?). It's a heavy piece and not rickety at ALL, but there are several "pin hole" size holes in the bottom. However, other than that...the bottom is SOLID. Measures 14" Tall, 8 3/4" Wide & 5" deep. |
