Gift certificates are available in $10.00 increments from $10.00 up to any amount you specify.

Once you purchase your certificate, you can choose to either have it sent to you or directly to the gift recipient.

When they are ready to use the gift certificate, they just bid on items, let me know they are paying with a certificate and all they have to do is give me the number that is on the certificate to validate it.

Since it is a bookkeeping nightmare to run balances as on gift cards, this is a gift certificate as in the old days. You need to spend the whole thing as there is no change or balance back.

Therefore, I suggest buying your certificates in lower dollar amounts ($10 or $20) and getting multiples if you want to give one person more than that amount.

I will pay Bonanzle any sellers fees on the total amount of certificates you purchase. This is by no means a way to side-step fees. Besides, I am on my free trial anyway and don't have any fees right now :)
