We prefer to ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail for most items weighing less than 3 pounds. For items weighing more than 3 pounds we use either USPS Parcel Post or DHL. The shipping and handling cost is listed in the "Shipping and handling" section at the bottom of this page. Most shipping is calculated according to your address - please be sure to enter your zip code or select your country to view the correct cost.
If the listing states FREE shipping to the United States, we are referring to the 48 contiguous states – residents of Alaska and Hawaii, please contact us for the correct shipping charge.

We usually ship all orders within 2 business days of payment receipt. This is reflective of our business hours of 9:00AM - 5:00PM Monday through Friday EST. Items with Friday or weekend payments will usually ship by the following Tuesday.
SMALL APPLIANCES & TOOLS (NEWER)
We ship many new (and new, old stock) appliances and tools in their original outer box/package, shrink wrapped to protect from moisture, to save on shipping costs (these items are already packaged with the necessary protection to secure them in transit). If you want the item (and its original box/package) shipped inside of another box, let us know. Please note, however, that this will cause an increase in your shipping cost.
LARGE AND FREIGHT ITEMS
Please use the shipping calculator or – you are welcome to arrange your own freight shipping. A great source for inexpensive shipping is USHIP.com. Customer pickups are welcome and are actually preferred for freight items. Please see our business hours above.

COMBINED SHIPPING POLICY
As we sell such a wide variety of items it is not possible to specify a standard rate for combined shipping. However, if you wish to purchase more than one item from us we will be glad to combine the shipping and handling costs for those items. That cost will be reflective of the package size and weight when the items are combined.
INSURANCE
We are not responsible for loss or damage to items/packages once they leave our possession. As such, we would encourage you to purchase insurance when it is listed as "optional" on the invoice. The amount is noted – you need only to elect this option when making your payment.
Please note that if you are an International buyer, shipping insurance is required.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We take pride in our packaging, but if by some unforeseen accident the insured item is lost* or damaged in transit, we will not issue a refund for that item – the refund will come from USPS or DHL. We will assist you in anyway we can, but the REFUND for damaged or lost goods will be sent to you by the courier – not us. We will gladly help you complete/fill out any and all forms necessary to obtain your refund.
*Please note that a parcel is not considered lost until 21 days domestic and 45 days for International shipments has lapsed since the shipment date.
