About DZi Beads and its Power
The meaning of the word "dzi" translates to "shine, brightness, clearness, splendor". For thousands of years, Dzi (pronounced as “jee”) beads have been deeply entrenched in Tibetan culture. The Dzi beads, being Tibetan’s most precious living gemstone and charm are worshipped, revered and passed down from generations after generations. As with all things ancient and mystical, there is plenty of folklore associated with Dzi beads. 2) We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses or Military Base addresses as an adult signature is required upon receipt.
3) For Express Shipping, after your order has been shipped, we will email you the tracking number where you can conveniently track online the whereabouts of your order.
4) Import duties and/or taxes may be imposed by your local government.. These charges (if any) are SEPARATE from our charges.
5) We perform 100% quality check on all items before shipment. However, in the unlikelihood of the items being damaged during shipment, please inform by e-mailing us immediately. Any complaints for damage made after 3 days of delivery will not be entertained. You must return defective or damaged goods within 30 days of receipt. We will guarantee an arrangement for a replacement (subject to availability) at our cost or make a full refund for you depending on your request once we receive the return.
6) If you want to return the item for reasons other than it's damaged, you will have to bear the return cost. We will make a full refund minus shipping charges once item is received, provided it is in its original packaging and still in resaleable condition. We do not charge any restocking fees.
