Very nice red soup tureen shaped like a tomato. This is made of ceramic and it is new. What a lovely way to bring soup to the table in a soup tureen made like this, very beautiful colors. There is a paint drip from the manufacturer and a few brown spots on the lid. These were there when I purchased this item. Other than these two blemishes this is in very good condition and in excellent shape.
