~ This is an unused, uncut pattern ~ Average skill pattern.

Envelope contains instructions and printed tissue paper patterns to help you create the following:

• Fitted, interlaced lined top has princess seams, cuffs, button and loop, shaped hem and two layer sleeves.

• Floor length flared skirt has pleats, waistband, zipper and side-front seams.

• NOT Included: Petticoat. (see my other Listings, I have undergarments for this and other costumes)
