Vintage hand carved shell cameo is set in 14K yellow gold. The setting is not marked but has been tested for the gold content.
The cameo is a goddess with a star on her head.
The brooch measures 1 1/2 X 1 1/4 inches and has the classic vintage C clasp.
There are some lines in the shell but they are not cracks. The condition is very good.
