Victorian Bear Teddy Bear Plush in velvet hat w/ roses

Up for auction is an 11 inch tall plush Victorian Bear teddy bear. She's soft velour type brown plush and wearing a black velvet hat with a red rose , she also has a red rose on her arm and has a pale purple bow around her neck.
She was manufactured by Top Toys. 
She is in new condition. No tears, holes stains, odors or marks. 
All my items are from a smoke free home.
