Shipping Options:FEDEX/UPS are our preferred shipping.

FEDEX/UPS will not deliver to post office or APO/FPO addresses.
A confirmed physical street address is required for FEDEX/UPS shipments.

When Shipped:After we receive payment, please allow up to 14 business days for delivery (excluding weekends and National holidays).

During the holidays, delivery time can increase.
Store "holidays" always begin 30 days prior to the actual holiday itself.  Please be aware of this when ordering.

Return Policies Zehring's Craftytidbits is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:

Shipping is non-refundable*
A  $10.00 Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without excess wear)
Returns are accepted only on items with damage during shipping or processing.  Choice of replacement piece or refund will be given.

*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund
