Please read the following info so you know how we do things:
GRADING: is visual except where noted. Standard Goldmine grading except we use "Ex" as a mid-grade between Vg+ and NM. Please note that vinyl is an imperfect medium. Even NM or unplayed records will sometimes have slight surface noise. While we try to list all noticeable defects, if you are extremely particular please email before you bid for details. Records from 1970 on are stereo pressings unless noted otherwise.  Confused by abbreviations and acronyms?  More info needed on grading?  Go here.

**Sealed records are sold 100% as-is and are not returnable if opened for any reason.. You may request that we open it first to check condition.

FAST SHIPPING:  All orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days of receipt of payment, except where noted (vacations, etc.). Payment must be received within 10 days after end of auction or transaction will be cancelled.
We ship worldwide; shipping options are shown below, including estimated delivery times and rates. S&H price includes the cost of packaging and postage. Combine purchases and save on shipping. You must request a quote on packages of 6 lp's or more, box sets, unusual packages, etc.

Domestic US & Canada Shipping
USPS Media Mail:
4-7 business days for delivery (allow at least 10 days)
$4.00 per one lp, add .50 per each additional. 

USPS Priority Mail:
2-7 business days for delivery
$6.00 per one lp, add $.50 per each additional. 

Canadian Orders will be shipped Air Post, $5.00 per one lp, $.50 each additional.

INSURANCE: Optional BUT highly recommended. Please request a a quote for insurance if desired.  We will not be responsible for uninsured packages once they have left our hands.  All domestic packages are trackable via delivery confirmation (but this is NOT insurance).

International insured shipments can be insured up to the amount of their declared value.  Air Letter Post shipments cannot be insured, so we have to use the more expensive Air Parcel Post method to add insurance.  Please, if you want insurance, let us know.  International packages are typically not trackable unless insured. 

If you want insurance or tracking on international shipping the package is automatically declared at the insured rate. International buyers wishing insurance or tracking, regardless of your country, please email first for a quote.  If you do not request it, you waive all claims in regard to packages being damaged, not arriving, etc.  We are not and we can not be held responsible for customs charges.Sorry but we have to be clear on this.

PACKAGING:  We use new record mailers and for open records, we pack the vinyl outside of its cover, housed in an innersleeve between two cardboard flats.  This protects the jacket from seam splits and the record from damage.  If you want something other than this, please let us know.

We do not offer international surface mail under any circumstances due to unsatisfactory prior experience.

*Personal or company check (Held 2 weeks for clearance, made payable to Rick Wilkerson please)
*Western Union Transfer
*Cash in a registered letter (NOT recommended and entirely at your risk)
*We cannot accept payment via Bank Transfer or other such methods. Please don't ask.
